Raspberry Pi Parallel Computing SLURM Cluster
Built a 4-node ARM supercomputer cluster running Debian Linux with OpenMPI, OpenMP multithreading, and SLURM job scheduling to process genomic sequences and LIGO data. Code is private (course project).
Engineered a statistical stock price prediction model for NVIDIA utilizing splined polynomials and mixture models across 15+ parameters (PyMC, Bambi, TensorFlow).
Engineered a 4-dimensional complex number graphing calculator that processes raw LaTeX mathematical input via a custom C++ compiler parser and hand-derived analytical continuation equations.
Constructed a Turing-complete computer from fundamental logic gates in Logisim with SPICE transistor verification and ARM Assembly hardware interface.
